Hugh founded Saltare Capital Management in 2017. Prior to starting Saltare Capital Management, Hugh was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan where he worked in OTC Derivatives Clearing & Prime Brokerage and Hedge Fund Risk Management. After 10 years at J.P. Morgan, Hugh joined the Ernst & Young Credit and Capital Solution Team where he advised top tier investment banks on capital structure optimization. Hugh is a Chartered Financial Analyst and graduated with honors from Boston College with a B.S. in Finance and Economics.
